Chitosan is a naturally formed starch (polymer) derived from the shells of crustaceans. It is known for its antimicrobial, haemostatic and degradable properties. Chitosan is well established as a safe material for use in several medical applications.
Kytocel® Wound Dressing is packed in poly/paper pouches, then into cartons and shipper cases. The packaging configuration is shown in the table below:

Indications
